Crazy Weekend Coming

Got lots going on this weekend, 1st is the yard sale Saturday we hope to get rid of more stuff we don't need. I went through my shop and if I don't need it or have not used it in the last year it's out of here. Some tools and a lot of junk I have packed away over the last ten years. We started about a year ago with downsizing and getting rid of junk that is just not needed. We had more junk than two or three families would have, but not now.
Next on the list is working on the preps I plan to make more 5 gallon buckets this weekend, not sure what I will do yet maybe hard red wheat, sugar, salt and some more beans. I do need to buy more food saver bags but Wal Mart always has them at a good price. I will be getting some more lamp oil and 1lb LP tanks to store. I don't think I will ever have the amount of fuel I think I need.
Next is to get a little range time with the wife we like to go and shoot and we can always use the extra time on the range. I still need to sight in my Marlin 60 and tweak my Winchester 70 in .270. I look at any time at the range is time well spent.
And last on my list is to work in the shop some I need to make more Slinky antenna's and start work on a few new projects.

I Hope Everyone Has A Great Weekend!!!

I Got This Question In An E-Mail

I have a question for you;

What are you going to do about those around you that want to partake in your efforts when SHTF? I'm talking about those people around you that have dismissed you and your efforts. Those (friends and family) that didn't bother to prep at all. I'm conflicted; while I understand God says to help others, do unto others, etc. How can I possibly give my resources over to those non-preppers, when I am worried about my own kids?

I tell my friends and people around me the same thing, If you don't prep and say things like, "I will just come over to your house if the collapse hits" My response is please do come over I will need lots of compost for the garden and if you show up at my home or retreat after the SHTF you will be of no use to me even if you are a good worker and have great skills. After the collapse is the wrong time to wake up and see the light. I tell all my friends and family to prep and stock up on needed supplies and only two or three of them have started the others are fools and I will not help a fool or a lazy person. I think that most people will never start to prep because it would make them look at the possibility that there little world of fun in the sun and trips to Disneyland would and could come to an end. Most people will never let the idea of doom and gloom enter there world. The sad thing is the day the collapse hits it will be to late to do anything. I prep to survive and I hope you are doing the same thing and if you have a stash of supplies and the collapse hits when your non-prepping friends show up my advice is to turn them away. It's funny how people think just because you have more than you need they have the right to share your extra food. It's the entitlement way of thinking, you have lots of food and water and your friend with her two kids that never prepped but you told her every week for years to do so now shows up and tells you that you have to help her because it's the right thing to do. So what do you do? How can you turn away a woman and her two kids? This is something that we may have to do after the collapse. And I'm sorry but if it comes down to me and my family or an outsider and there family it's not even a choice, my family comes first. I know it sounds cold but this is my way of thinking and this is why I don't let people know where I live or where my bug out location is. After the collapse you will see very many people who have no food or water and you can't help them all and if you help one group or family they will be back to ask for more and may even come back with a group of fools with guns to take everything you have. You have to think outside the box and think of your survival and the survival of your loved ones.

Who Cares?????

The White House has released a long-form birth certificate, saying the document is “proof positive” that Obama was born in Hawaii. White House Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer said today the decision was made to release the full document in response to increased attention on the issue, including a political stunt by Donald Trump, who claims he may challenge Obama in 2012 for the presidency.

I don't care about his birth certificate or his college info. I know he is in office because the NWO wanted him to be and as soon as they are done with him they will drop is ass off at the next corner like a dirty hooker. He is in office to do the work of the evil empire(NWO) and I'm sure almost all his strings are pulled by others. It's been clear for many years that the office of Commander and Chief is not much more than a puppet show, because the real leaders are under the puppet with there hand up his or her ass and pulling all the strings. Who the hell knows if and were Obama was born and why does it make one damn bit of difference, because he is in office and will stay. Playing the political game is not worth your time so stop playing. Your time is better used in prepping and doing it now. Stock up as much as you can while you still can. The items you will need are food, water, medical supplies, guns and ammo. You will need a plan and stick to it. If you can only spend $10,$20 or $30 a week then do it and try to store as much as you can. At first buy what you eat everyday, if you like soup then stock up on it. But you will need food items that are easy to cook and easy to eat with the right amount of calories and good nutrition because you will need your energy for the longs days of work and you have to stay fit after a collapse.
Prepping is your way to survival and many will never start, if you have not started your storage then you best start now and kick it into high gear. Our time is short........

Happy Easter!

Luke 24

Jesus Has Risen

1 On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. 2 They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3 but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. 4 While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. 5 In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? 6 He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: 7 ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’ ” 8 Then they remembered his words.

9 When they came back from the tomb, they told all these things to the Eleven and to all the others. 10 It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the others with them who told this to the apostles. 11 But they did not believe the women, because their words seemed to them like nonsense. 12 Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb. Bending over, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he went away, wondering to himself what had happened.

He Has Risen, He Is Not Here............

Matthew 27Judas Hangs Himself
1 Early in the morning, all the chief priests and the elders of the people made their plans how to have Jesus executed. 2 So they bound him, led him away and handed him over to Pilate the governor.
3 When Judas, who had betrayed him, saw that Jesus was condemned, he was seized with remorse and returned the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders. 4 “I have sinned,” he said, “for I have betrayed innocent blood.”

“What is that to us?” they replied. “That’s your responsibility.”

5 So Judas threw the money into the temple and left. Then he went away and hanged himself.

6 The chief priests picked up the coins and said, “It is against the law to put this into the treasury, since it is blood money.” 7 So they decided to use the money to buy the potter’s field as a burial place for foreigners. 8 That is why it has been called the Field of Blood to this day. 9 Then what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet was fulfilled: “They took the thirty pieces of silver, the price set on him by the people of Israel, 10 and they used them to buy the potter’s field, as the Lord commanded me.”[a]

Jesus Before Pilate
11 Meanwhile Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, “Are you the king of the Jews?”
“You have said so,” Jesus replied.

12 When he was accused by the chief priests and the elders, he gave no answer. 13 Then Pilate asked him, “Don’t you hear the testimony they are bringing against you?” 14 But Jesus made no reply, not even to a single charge—to the great amazement of the governor.

15 Now it was the governor’s custom at the festival to release a prisoner chosen by the crowd. 16 At that time they had a well-known prisoner whose name was Jesus[b] Barabbas. 17 So when the crowd had gathered, Pilate asked them, “Which one do you want me to release to you: Jesus Barabbas, or Jesus who is called the Messiah?” 18 For he knew it was out of self-interest that they had handed Jesus over to him.

19 While Pilate was sitting on the judge’s seat, his wife sent him this message: “Don’t have anything to do with that innocent man, for I have suffered a great deal today in a dream because of him.”

20 But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowd to ask for Barabbas and to have Jesus executed.

21 “Which of the two do you want me to release to you?” asked the governor.

“Barabbas,” they answered.

22 “What shall I do, then, with Jesus who is called the Messiah?” Pilate asked.

They all answered, “Crucify him!”

23 “Why? What crime has he committed?” asked Pilate.

But they shouted all the louder, “Crucify him!”

24 When Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but that instead an uproar was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd. “I am innocent of this man’s blood,” he said. “It is your responsibility!”

25 All the people answered, “His blood is on us and on our children!”

26 Then he released Barabbas to them. But he had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified.

The Soldiers Mock Jesus
27 Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole company of soldiers around him. 28 They stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him, 29 and then twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on his head. They put a staff in his right hand. Then they knelt in front of him and mocked him. “Hail, king of the Jews!” they said. 30 They spit on him, and took the staff and struck him on the head again and again. 31 After they had mocked him, they took off the robe and put his own clothes on him. Then they led him away to crucify him.
The Crucifixion of Jesus
32 As they were going out, they met a man from Cyrene, named Simon, and they forced him to carry the cross. 33 They came to a place called Golgotha (which means “the place of the skull”). 34 There they offered Jesus wine to drink, mixed with gall; but after tasting it, he refused to drink it. 35 When they had crucified him, they divided up his clothes by casting lots. 36 And sitting down, they kept watch over him there. 37 Above his head they placed the written charge against him: THIS IS JESUS, THE KING OF THE JEWS.
38 Two rebels were crucified with him, one on his right and one on his left. 39 Those who passed by hurled insults at him, shaking their heads 40 and saying, “You who are going to destroy the temple and build it in three days, save yourself! Come down from the cross, if you are the Son of God!” 41 In the same way the chief priests, the teachers of the law and the elders mocked him. 42 “He saved others,” they said, “but he can’t save himself! He’s the king of Israel! Let him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in him. 43 He trusts in God. Let God rescue him now if he wants him, for he said, ‘I am the Son of God.’” 44 In the same way the rebels who were crucified with him also heaped insults on him.

The Death of Jesus
45 From noon until three in the afternoon darkness came over all the land. 46 About three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eli, Eli,[c] lema sabachthani?” (which means “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”).[d]
47 When some of those standing there heard this, they said, “He’s calling Elijah.”

48 Immediately one of them ran and got a sponge. He filled it with wine vinegar, put it on a staff, and offered it to Jesus to drink. 49 The rest said, “Now leave him alone. Let’s see if Elijah comes to save him.”

50 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.

51 At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split 52 and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. 53 They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and[e] went into the holy city and appeared to many people.

54 When the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and all that had happened, they were terrified, and exclaimed, “Surely he was the Son of God!”

55 Many women were there, watching from a distance. They had followed Jesus from Galilee to care for his needs. 56 Among them were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and Joseph,[f] and the mother of Zebedee’s sons.

The Burial of Jesus
57 As evening approached, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who had himself become a disciple of Jesus. 58 Going to Pilate, he asked for Jesus’ body, and Pilate ordered that it be given to him. 59 Joseph took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, 60 and placed it in his own new tomb that he had cut out of the rock. He rolled a big stone in front of the entrance to the tomb and went away. 61 Mary Magdalene and the other Mary were sitting there opposite the tomb.
The Guard at the Tomb
62 The next day, the one after Preparation Day, the chief priests and the Pharisees went to Pilate. 63 “Sir,” they said, “we remember that while he was still alive that deceiver said, ‘After three days I will rise again.’ 64 So give the order for the tomb to be made secure until the third day. Otherwise, his disciples may come and steal the body and tell the people that he has been raised from the dead. This last deception will be worse than the first.”
65 “Take a guard,” Pilate answered. “Go, make the tomb as secure as you know how.” 66 So they went and made the tomb secure by putting a seal on the stone and posting the guard.

Matthew 28Jesus Has Risen
1 After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.
2 There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. 3 His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. 4 The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.

5 The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. 6 He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. 7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”

8 So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. 9 Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. 10 Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”

The Guards’ Report
11 While the women were on their way, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened. 12 When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money, 13 telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.’ 14 If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.” 15 So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day.
The Great Commission
16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Same Old News

The cost of gas is up, the cost of food is up, the cost of just about everything you can buy at the store is going up every time the cost of oil and gas goes up. The price of gold and silver is going up and I'm sure part of it is because of the dollar and how it is almost dead. The NWO and our great leaders have just about killed the dollar and I'm sure this country is not to far behind. I have always said we had till June of 2012 and maybe even Jan. of 2013 but hell I don't know if we can even make it to the end of this year. All I have seen about gas and how the cost is just going up and how we will see $5-$7 a gallon this year. That is just crazy as hell and I know most people can't handle that without giving up something in return, like gas but no phone or gas for the next week but no lunch that same week. It's crazy and is going to get worse, a lot worse. But if you watch the news you will see how things are getting better and the job growth is up and every day we are getting better and all is great and the sun shines bright all day with no rain clouds. The reason you hear this BS is because for this sham to work we have to have growth, even if it's just .5% of growth. But as soon as the growth stops so does the scam. The FED is a joke and the fake Government to and I'm sure it will all fall down very soon. With the debt we have and grow each day time is not on our side and time is very short. So with all I have said now I will tell you to stock up on food, water, medical supplies and other needed supplies to survive. Prep now and prep fast because our time is short.

Government?????

How a government contracting deal works!

Three contractors are bidding to fix a broken fence at the White House.

One is from Chicago, another is from Tennessee, and the third is from Minnesota.

All three go with a White House official to examine the fence. The Minnesota contractor takes out a tape measure and does some measuring, then works some figures with a pencil.

"Well," he says, "I figure the job will run about $900 -- $400 for materials, $400 for my crew and $100 profit for me."

The Tennessee contractor also does some measuring and figuring, then says, "I can do this job for $700: $300 for materials, $300 for my crew and $100 profit for me."

The Chicago contractor doesn't measure or figure, but leans over to the White House official and whispers, "$2,700."

The official, incredulous, says, "You didn't even measure like the other guys! How did you come up with such a high figure?"

The Chicago contractor whispers back, "$1,000 for me, $1,000 for you, and we hire the guy from Tennessee to fix the fence."

"Done!" replies the government official.

And that, my friends, is how a government contract works.

What Is The Truth?

I know we are not getting the truth from our government and I know we never will get the truth from them. But what is the real truth with Japan, The Dollar, unemployment and the coming collapse? What does the great leaders of this country know that we don't know. I have been reading about FEMA and how over the last year they have been buying up food and gas.
Check it out here http://laudyms.wordpress.com/2011/01/25/fema-is-up-to-something-big-buying-massive-foodfuel-supplies/  and here http://theintelhub.com/2011/01/24/fema-requests-information-on-the-availability-of-140-million-packets-of-food-blankets-and-body-bags/
What do they know? And why are we not being told what to expect? I don't and never have trusted this government and never will. I still don't understand why FEMA and ready.gov is telling people to get ready and have three days of food and water, THREE DAYS???? WTF????? I think two weeks is going light on food and water. To have a shot at survival you will need at least 30 days of food, water and other supplies for each of your family. And I think this is just a base line, 90 to 180 days of preps would be best. Let me ask you this,"If FEMA is spending $1 billion on emergency meals and gas what should you be doing?"
What is the truth? Is there something going on with the New Madrid Fault? It is just like everything they know we are only told 5-10% of the truth if that and then only if it helps them to do there evil work. It's just like the event with Japan’s damaged nuclear reactors and the false truth with the levels of radiation and the effects of the radiation cloud on the United States. Every few days we got a little more of the truth and as always one of the only news outlet with the truth was infowars.com. We need to stand strong and stay alert to the coming doom that is just over the horizon and stand ready to fight to survive. I have no idea what FEMA is up to and can only store needed items to survive. I will give you all a little advice, start prepping and start now. If you are prepping already then step it up and kick it into high gear. I'm sure of one thing and that is that something bad is coming our way.
Buy food.............. Buy water and store water..................Buy medical supplies..............Buy needed household supplies..................Get a Gun, more that one is better..................Buy Ammo and lots of it...............Make a stand to survive and get ready for the coming collapse.
Our time is running out!!!!

Pete, you've been running some amazing giveaways this year! Thank you so much for being such a generous blogger.

I think there are a number of possibilities for what will trigger our collapse. I think a very likely possibility is that foreign entities will simply call in our debts....no more money, no one willing to finance our debt. Can you think of an easier/quicker way to remove America from being a world power than by not financing us any longer? The ensuing chaos, inflation, want, is scary to think about.

I can envision political upheaval as well. Right now, we're all hedged against each other Us vs. Them......the atmosphere is so tense with classes, races, parties at each other's throats. It scares me to think what will happen when that thin veil of civilization/humanity is torn.

I sort of believe we're already on the road to collapse...you can't have overwhelming debt that you can't repay and NOT have repercussions. I'm not sure if it's going to be abrupt......or long, slow and drawn out. Either way, it's going to be ugly. Got preps?

I believe it has already started, trigger point was the uprisings in the middle east. Next will be an attack on Israel, coming in May, and the US is now talking about putting boots on the ground in Libia. Oil prices continue to rise, and the US economy can not withstand the increase in gas prices at the pump, even if Geitner thinks we can. We're on a water slide, you start out slow with the first leap onto the slide and build up momentum as you near the bottom. Prep Baby Prep!

I think we've been edging towards it for a couple years but I think we're gathering steam at a faster pace now. In July when the new state budgets are released and more welfare services are cut we'll see huge changes on a local level. Utilities are higher, so is gas, food, taxes etc. What will happen to the entitled generation raised on welfare when the welfare cuts start? They get desperate. That's when it directly affects all of us. I'm watching to see when the 'all is calm' message makes way for the 'better plant a garden or go hungry' message from main stream media :)

I believe the collapse has already started. At the rate were going, its only going to get worse. And I believe that a trigger will either be political or economical revolt, or something like gun confiscation and the internet kill-switch. That's just me though.

Well, like the other readers here, I believe it has already started, I don't know the exact tipping point for the trigger, could be the price of fuel, which almost everything hinges on, that keeps going up and up causing the prices of everything else to go up, namely food and other necessities. It might be out government cutting entitlements, I have to wonder how much our government is pushing us on purpose to make us finally lash out, then they have the perfect excuse to enact martial law, removing any remaining vestiges of our constitutional rights... I just don't know which thing will be the final tipping point, I just know we are heading toward it faster and faster, I am very happy to be living in an isolated area, when TSHTF, urban areas, cities and metropolitan areas are the last place I want to be. Of course, this is all heading toward a one world government, it's going to happen, it was written and prophesied a long time ago, all we can do is resist as best we can, try to be in a safe place to survive the turmoil of the changes, and pray, pray and pray some more.

IMO, it started in late 1999 with the people of the US realizing that the stock market was just an inflated money machine for those with the power to drive it. Illegal shorting of the market back then is still going on today and those involved in it are driving the issue. IMO they said "Try to Stop Us" in 2008 when the DOJ and SEC tried to make it stop and they brought down banks/auto co/others... Only if the fraud in the market and govt can be nixed, will it be stopped. IMO, it wont happen and we will have to fend for ourselves...

This is just my Bug-Out Bag and is not the only items you need I add items and take away as the seasons change. Every bug out bag should fit the person like a good pair of jeans. You should never use anyones idea for a bug out bag and not add to it, your bag needs to fit you and your needs. If you ask 100 people about there bug out bag I bet you would not find to list that were the same and thats a good thing.

Bug Out Bag1. The Pack – I have a Remington Glenwood Canyon Backpack but any quality pack with enough capacity will do. Stick with camouflage, dark green or black and other natural colors that blend with the terrain.

2. Water – A canteen with cup and cover for your belt, water bottle and a good water filter.

3. Fire – Waterproof matches, a magnesium fire starter and tinder and you should have a bic or two.

4. Food – Pack enough to last at least three days. Rice, oat meal, beef jerky, energy bars etc. Another option is MRE’s and the freeze-dried foods. Choose foods that are light weight and a suitable shelf life.

5. Stove – A small stove is essential if you want to stay hidden. Smoke and noise from the cutting and burning of wood would be undesirable if you are in hostile territory or being pursued. Small stove with fuel like the Peak-One is a great item.

6. Sleeping bag – If you are in a cold area a good sleeping bag could mean the difference between life and death. Or at least a good wool blanket and tarp.

7. Shelter – Rain poncho and tarp or compact tent, stick with natural colors that blend with the surrounding area. I use a camo tarp with tent pegs and some 550 para cord.

8. Cooking – A good mess kit, small and light is the best.

9. First Aid – It’s best to assemble your own kit, tailored to your needs. Don’t forget to add personal medications and other needed items.

10. Light – I have a 2-AA Cell Mini LED Flashlight Mini LED Flashlight, a cap light with red and white LED. Plus you will need some candles.

11. Tools – A wire or hand chain saw, Swiss Army pocket knife, and fixed blade knife. A light weight shovel and Machete are nice, but add extra weight. If you use a machete don't add the Ax to your list.

12. Clothing – At least two extra pair of socks and underwear and a change of clothing pants, shirt and a good hat is a must. And rain gear or poncho.
13. Small Fishing Kit– Line, hooks and sinkers and a few small lures. And any other items that would be good in your area.
14. Snare wire –  Small snare wire is a must to catch small game. You need at least 50 ft of 550 parachute cord.

14. Plastic bags – Two or three large thick mil lawn bags and several zip-lock sandwich bags, can be used for a number of tasks and to keep things dry.

15. Small Binoculars – See game and enemy before they see you.

16. Sewing kit – Needle and thread don’t forget to include a few extra buttons. And Dental Floss it works great to sew stuff up.

17. Small Tool Kit- Go as light as you can but have the needed tools and a leatherman is a must. Small ax is nice but adds to the weight.

18. Firearms – Everyone has their own idea of what the “perfect” survival firearm is or should be. This is my set up and I would hope you would have your own set up that fits you and your needs.
Glock 19 9mm on my hip with 1 mag in the gun and 4 more on my belt.
Ruger Mini-14 in my hands with 10 mags
Remington 870 12 ga in a gun scaber on my pack

Ammo in bag:
9mm-100 rounds
.223- 200 rounds
12ga- 75 shells (10-#7, 10 #4, 25-slug, and 30-00buck)

20. Extras- I always have hard candy, gum and few small packs of soup mix in my bag. And a note pad with pencil and pen to keep track of things. It is nice to have something to read like the bible or a survive guide just something to keep your mind going in the down time. A friend of mine has a Kindle in his bag with about 300 books on it and it's run time is over a month.

No Shut-Down And A Cut Of 38 Billion Dollars From The Debt

Well I see the turds in office in the great area of Washington D.C. have saved us all and set this country back on the road to full recovery. Soon the birds will play a sweet sound as the sun beams streams of light from the heavens and joy will fill the hearts of all the sheeple in the land. This cut was BS and the next one will be the same, lets look at the numbers. The Outstanding Public Debt as of Apr 9th, 2011 is $14,271,620,188,974.68 The National Debt has continued to increase an average of $4.08 billion per day since September 28, 2007! So our great leaders just cut 30 billion in spending and with my math that is 9.3 days of debt with the rate the debt grows. Now I know over the next few years the 38 billion they cut will add up to more the just the 38 billion but this is just the very tip of the cuts that are needed to make a dent in the National debt. I know the cuts and the big words and finger pointing is all a game to our great leaders because they don't care about you or me and they sure don't care about this country or what is left of it. I'm sorry to say that the once great United States is just a broke ass country with little or no morals. We are on a ride down, down, down the road of pain and doom. And yes my fine fellow sheeple as we sit on the deck of the U.S.S. Collapse we will hear over the loud speakers to sit tight and hold on because things may look bad and yes there is a hole as big as 25% of the ship and we are taking on water very fast, but our great leaders have it 100% under control and everything will be fine. They have plans for just this event a fleet of FEMA ships will unload you and your family and take you to a near by island or as FEMA calls it CAMP FUN!!! At you new home or camp you will get your updated shoots for the flu and many other things to help keep you safe and you will get all the government food and water you can drink as long as you put in a good days worth of work. And by the way can you get in this line we need to put a RFID chip in you arm so we can keep up with each person and there medical health, and no we can not track you with chip(you know we would never do something like that we are the government and we care about you!!)

Get your house in order, prep, prep, prep and if you don't have a gun get one learn to clean it, handle it and shoot it. Buy ammo untill you think you have enough and then start over and do it again. Learn skills to survive some good ones are First-Aid, CPR, Shooting, Reloading, Gunsmithing, Woodworking and many others, get out and learn a new skill this month and stay on top of it. If you don't use it you can lose it!
I found this photo and don't know who's it is but I like the set up and think we all need to have something like it.

Prepping, Shut-down and The Mess We Are In!!!!!!!

The Government is about to shut down, not a big deal unless you work for them because they don't do much for me outside of taxes. But a lot of stuff will be closed like US Parks, passport office, and other services. The sad part is that our troops will not get paid. We ask them to fight and die for some damn crazy stuff and now we are going to stop paying them, WTF??? So to get back to the point I am working on my preps like crazy and I hope you are too. I went shopping today and the cost of food is going up and as I was going home I stopped to get gas and just a few days ago it was $4.03 a gallon and today I paid $4.05 a gallon. I see $5.00 a gallon here by end of June or first of July....... Happy 4th!!!!! Shit we are in a big ass tub and someone pulled the stopper and the drain is pulling us down and it's happening very fast. I don't see the dollar making it much longer and I'm sure this country can hold on much longer. I think that every day we have with a dollar that still works is an extra day from the good Lord and we need to use each and every extra days we have to prep. My next few post will be on list for prepping like a what you may need to store. So keep an eye open for them. Have a good day and a great weekend.

Oil Could Hit $200-$300 With Saudi Unrest or Riots!

Oil prices could sky rocket to $200 to $300 a barrel if the world’s top crude exporter Saudi Arabia is hit by serious political unrest, former Saudi oil minister Sheikh Zaki Yamani told Reuters news on Tuesday. How bad will that make it on us here in the US? Well today I paid $4.03 a gallon for gas, at 23.25 Gallons it came to $93.70 to fill my truck with gas. How the hell can I afford gas to go up anymore, hell I can't afford to price of gas now. And gas is just over $100 a barrel, what the hell will be the price of gas at $200,$250 or $300 a barrel? Are we looking at $6, $8, $10 or $12 a gallon for gas or will it be much more? I have made postings before about gas and the cost if oil keeps going up. But who the hell knows where the nightmare ends and the daylight begins. And I remind you all as gas goes up in cost so does everything that ships by truck or train, so that is everything at Wal-Mart and every other store. I hear the news of how the economy is getting better and how things are looking up. Will someone help me because I must be as dumb as a bag of sticks because I just don't see it. If the cost of everything is going up and unemployment is going up and more and more Americans are ending up homeless or living with family or friends. How is this better? How the hell is things looking up when almost everyone is cutting back one way or the other to make it work. I hear people talk all the time at work or in line at a store about how they can't buy this or that anymore and how they cut back on just about everything. The economy is not getting better and the dollar is almost dead and I see it as we are on a road to doom in this country. The collapse is near and the only thing we can do to help is to prep and prep like crazy. Buy food, water, medical supplies and get a gun or two and have lots of ammo for it, and you have to know how to use it and clean it or it's no good to you. Get out and learn some new skills like how to cook over an open fire, how to start a fire with or without matches. Your skills and your supplies will be your tools to survive learn to use them and learn to store them.

I Know The Rabbit Hole Runs Deep, But How Deep????

Check this out, who knows what is true and what is not! But it sure looks like the rabbit hole runs deeper and deeper as the NWO moves from the dark into the light. I think the only sure bet is to prep and prep like crazy.

This Country Is On A Road To Doom

This group of people is about 25 miles south of where I live. This video is old and I think it's a lot bigger now. But they keep running them off from one site to the next. I'm sure these hobo towns are all over the country and I'm sure they are pushed to the side and not talked about. Yes this country has a dirty little secret and it's called homeless people and has the dollar dies and the unemployment rate goes up we will be seeing more and more set ups like this. Prep now and prep for the worse.

Prepping..... It's Time To Kick It In To Gear

Japan crisis spurs survival planning by U.S. Mormons

By Laura Zuckerman Laura Zuckerman – Sat Apr 2, 11:17 am ET
SALMON, Idaho (Reuters) – While the nuclear crisis in Japan unfolds a continent away, Mormon-dominated communities in the western United States say the disaster overseas is bringing close to home a lesson about preparing for the worst.

Emergency planning and the long-term storage of food, water and medical supplies are central practices by the 14 million worldwide members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The tradition stems from doctrine - "If ye are prepared ye shall not fear" - established by Joseph Smith when he founded the church in 1830 in upstate New York. It also stems from the persecution that drove his early followers from the Midwest to the Rocky Mountains in 1847.

Present-day Mormons, concentrated in the United States in Utah, California and Idaho, say preparedness and self-reliance are a way of life and not signs of survivalist leanings or knee-jerk responses to disasters.

"It's not a sudden, spectacular program," said Craig Rasmussen, spokesman for the church in Idaho, second only to Utah for the highest percentage of Mormons.

Worries about radiation from Japan's crippled nuclear plants have spurred sales in the West of potassium iodide to block absorption of cancer-causing radioactive iodine even though U.S. officials say minor amounts detected in the air, rainwater or milk in 15 states pose no health risks.

At a time of renewed interest in how to cope with calamity in a region where Mormonism is the prevailing religious, cultural and social influence, companies selling dehydrated, freeze-dried or canned foods in bulk are reporting rising sales.

Don Pectol, vice president with Emergency Essentials Inc., a retail and online emergency supply chain based near Salt Lake City, said top sellers are powdered milk, water purifiers and meat processed to extend shelf life.

'NORMAL BEHAVIOR'

Pectol said the spike came after harmless levels of radiation were detected in states like Utah, Idaho and Arizona and the upsurge is similar to one that happened when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005.

Another online seller of stored food said on its website that dried dairy products and powered eggs were temporarily unavailable.

University of Colorado sociologist Kathleen Tierney, head of a national institute that tracks society's reactions to disasters, said potential nuclear threats place people on heightened alert.

She said fears lessen with measures like stocking up on food or remedies because a sense of control replaces the feeling of helplessness.

"It's normal behavior during uncertainty," said Tierney, director of the Natural Hazards Center in Boulder, Colorado.

Mormon Mark Oliverson, a dentist and father of three in the remote mountain town of Salmon in central Idaho, said he and his wife routinely add and rotate items in the family's year-long supply of food. The couple also attends the church's workshops on emergency planning, food storage and other practices that make up so-called provident living.

"It puts you in a position to take care of yourself and provide for your family through hard times - and that puts you in a good position to help others," he said.

Church leaders say that principle allows it to respond to emergencies worldwide.

In the aftermath of the March 11 earthquake and tsunami, Mormon missionaries working in areas near Japan's stricken nuclear reactors were moved to safety.

Officials said congregations in Japan have since set up an emergency response committee to organize volunteers distributing food, water, fuel and blankets.

The hazard center's Tierney said models like that confirm studies that show "we are better people in disasters than in day-to-day situations."

Eric Erickson, head of a group of Mormon congregations in the eastern Idaho community of Rexburg, where 90 percent of 24,000 residents are church members, said the crisis in Japan would likely prompt local leaders to fine-tune emergency plans and communications systems.

"Katrina provided us the opportunity to re-look at things and revisit those principles; this will be another," he said.

Who Can We Trust?

Can we trust the government, hell no! Can you trust your boss, some can most can't. Do we dare trust our neighbors, I don't think so. Maybe some of us are lucking enough to have great neighbors but most don't. Can you trust your co-workers, friends or family? I would love to say yes to them all but can we really trust anyone? I trust my wife, kids and sister 100% and that is about it, the rest of the people I trust is at a lot lower percentage level. I love and care for many people around me and would do just about anything for many of them but in a collapse event can they trust me? Can they trust that I will not do the right thing for myself or my wife and kids? I plan to survive and don't think I will let any one get in my way, does this mean I will walk over or kill the few friends or family I have around me to survive? I would like to say I would never do anything to hurt my friends or family, but I tell you if it was a life or death event I plan to live and I plan to have my family with me. I'm the guy that will give you the shirt off my back to help you out but I'm also the guy that will take you down if you cross me or back me into a corner. If you have someone you can trust 100% that's a good thing, but my question to you is, "are you sure you can trust them"? Trust them with your money, wife, kids or your life? Trust is such a small word in the English language but has so much meaning. We have to have some level of trust every day of out life. You have to trust the car/truck you drive to and from your home, trust the other drivers around you, trust the roads, bridges, stop lights and so many other things around you every day. But when the SHTF who can you trust? When the world is going to hell in a hand basket who can you put your trust into? When the day is over and the dust from the storm is settling the one person you can always trust is yourself. You should always have confidence or trust in other people, but I tell you they will let you down from time to time. Just remember trust is earned and given and is never just something someone has because they are family or friends.

This Country Is Doomed!!!

I have lost all hope for this country and the survival of anything that looks like the life we live and have lived. So the country and the world will be up side down and in a total mess. Food, water and so many other things will be money and the dollars you now hold will become toilet paper or a good fire starter. Gold and silver will always have value but the real value will be in needed supplies. You can't eat gold or silver, I do know you can trade it for food. But an item is only worth something if you can get someone to buy it or trade for it from you. You can have 1000 oz. of gold and if no one wants it or will buy it or trade for it does it still have any value? I have some gold and silver because I know I may need it but I bank the mass of my preps into food, water, tools and other supplies. Something as small as candles or matches could have big time worth in a post collapse event. Think of it no power, no heat and no lights and then you find some candles and matches in you stash, this would change your world. How can we prepare ourselves to survive the coming collapse? One word............. Prepping!!!! We need to prep and prep like crazy. I plan to work on my preps all weekend and I hope you do the same, because our time is getting shorter as each day goes by. Step up your prepping and add more of the needed items and check your prep for cracks and fill them ASAP.
I hope everyone has a great weekend.   Pete
